| application | 5-bromo-[1,2,4] trithiazole [1,5-A] pyridine -2-amine can be used as an intermediate in pharmaceutical synthesis, such as preparing N-(5-bromo-[1,2,4] triazolo [1,5a] pyridine -2-yl) cyclopropformamide, the specific steps are as follows: 5 g5-bromine-[1,2,4] trithiazole [1,5-A] pyridine -2-amine product, add 100ml dichloromethane, 9g diisopropylethylamine, cool to 0 ℃ in ice bath, add 6.1g cyclopropionyl chloride dropwise, dissolve after 1 hour of reaction, continue the reaction for 4 hours, concentrate the reaction system to dry to obtain oily solid, and then cool under ice salt bath, add 7ml of mixed solution of ammonia water and 43ml of methanol to it, stir for about 3 hours, the system becomes brown turbid liquid, filter, wash with solid water, and dry to obtain the target N-(5-bromine-[1,2,4] triazolo [1,5a] pyridine -2-yl) cyclopropformamide 4g. |
